2. Certificate / Affidavit of Translation

Your order includes a formal Certificate of Translation containing:

• A declaration confirming that the translation is complete and accurate

• Date of translation and reference details

• Full name and signature of the certified/authorized translator

• Contact details of Honey Translations for verification purposes

3. Stamped Copies of Your Original Documents

For transparency, we attach signed and stamped copies of the source documents to clearly show what was translated.

How the Process Works

1. Place Your Order Online

Choose the required service, upload your documents, and select your language pair.
Pickup and drop facilities are available in several locations across India.

2. Order Confirmation

After placing the order, you will instantly receive a confirmation email.
A dedicated Project Manager from Honey Translations will be assigned to assist you throughout the process.

3. Review the Translation Draft

Once the translation is completed, a draft will be shared with you to review details such as:

• Name spellings

• Dates

• Formatting

• Any corrections you need

4. Approval & Final Printing

After your approval, we print the certified translation, apply the signature and stamps, and prepare it for dispatch.

5. Delivery

• Soft copies (scanned PDFs) are emailed to you after printing.

• Hard copies are shipped the next working day through reputed courier services.

• 2–3 days for 1–7 pages

• 3–5 days for 8–20 pages

• 5–7 days for 21–40 pages

(Timelines exclude Sundays and national holidays)

Hard copies are dispatched the day after soft copies are delivered.
